This custom home is an extensive remodel of a turn of the century cottage into an exiting sleek and modern home. The client wanted smooth lines and flowing spaces. Great attention to detail was used In order to achieve our client’s desire for perfection. One of the best features are the views of Mission Bay. From all the public spaces you can feel the flow of water and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere created by the architecture mixed in with the landscape.

Alpine Contemporary Ranch Home
Lacking definition, the original track home wasn't suiting their needs anymore. They wanted a defined entry with a more formal living space and a series of large casual gathering spaces outdoors. With minimal changes to the exterior, the addition looks as though it was always meant to be rather than looking like an addition.

In sunny San Diego, the best living spaces are often outdoors. Here we expanded the living space towards the mountains and framed it with the play of light of an expressive structure. Now owners and guests alike enjoy the mountain view with evenings around the glow of a warm fire.

French Country Kitchen
This project involved remodeling both the kitchen and dinning room to create a unified cooking and eating space that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. In the kitchen we created a stunning contemporary cooking paradise as the owner likes to call it. The architectural expressions now welcomes one into the dinning area, setting it apart architecturally from the main kitchen yet keeping it visually spacious.
